NZ: Consumer confidence is making a comeback - ANZ

Sharon Zollner, chief economist at ANZ, points out that New Zealand’s consumer confidence is making a comeback, with the ANZ-Roy Morgan Consumer Confidence Index now 7 points off its October low.
