NZD/USD under pressure, breaks below 0.8640
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The NZD/USD broke below 0.8640 after Wall Street closing and accelerated to the downside. Recently bottomed at 0.8614 reaching the lowest price since last Thursday. Pair remains under downside pressure, moving with a corrective mode.
The Kiwi was among the worst performers on Tuesday and started Wednesday with the same tone across the board.
Yesterday NZD/USD climbed to 0.8700 but only to make a strong reversal. From Tuesday’s highs the pair has fallen more than 80 pips. Currently trades near the lows at 0.8617, down 0.25% for the day so far.
